As AI reshapes how we think, create and perceive, what can we learn by returning our attention to the body?
Join me for A Return to Gravity, an immersive performance workshop exploring how our senses shape perception, meaning and our relationship with the world.
Through guided narrative, sound and sensory experience, we will step away from familiar habits of attention and explore a slower way of noticing, imagining and making meaning. Together, we will consider which forms of human knowing we want to preserve, deepen or rediscover, and what kind of relationship with technology we want to carry into the future.
