I’m delighted to share my new Guide for Psyche, published by Aeon: How to Come Back to Your Senses.
This piece emerges from questions that have been central to my work for a long time: how we lose touch with our sensory lives, how attention might be renewed, and how the infra-ordinary — the subtle, often overlooked textures of everyday experience — can bring us back into contact with the body and the world.
The Guide includes a series of playful exercises, and it also continues many of the concerns explored in my book, Exiled from Our Bodies: How to Come Back to Our Senses.
