Today is the 95th birthday of my grandmother Jiřina Vojáčková. Here she is in 2015 and 1940.
Because we can’t celebrate together in person, I wanted to mark the occasion by sharing here a short film I made, in 2017, a small tribute to the other 3 generations of women in my family.
Here we are, in South Bohemia.
The film is part of an ongoing project, which begun in 2012 and which explores the relationship between the four generations over an extended period of time.
